Paul Maganyila is one of the early team members at DXE Associates Ltd, having played a key role in shaping the firm’s drafting and technical delivery standards since its early days. A graduate of Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST), Paul brings a strong foundation in architectural technology and construction documentation.
Known for his precision, reliability, and deep understanding of technical detailing, Paul supports the team by producing high-quality drawings and ensuring design concepts are accurately translated into buildable plans. His experience across a wide range of project types makes him a dependable and valued contributor to the firm’s ongoing growth.
Daniel Mollel
Landscape Architect
Daniel interned at DXE associates during his third year at university, impressing the team with his exceptional performance. Upon completing his degree in Landscape Architecture at Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST), he returned to DXE Associates in 2024, bringing with him a strong foundation in sustainable landscape architecture and a creative approach to outdoor environments. His work is rooted in thoughtful site planning, environmental sensitivity, and the creation of vibrant, functional spaces that enhance both nature and community.
Daniel has contributed to a range of landscape projects focused on eco-friendly design, urban revitalization, and recreational planning. His ability to integrate natural systems with architectural vision allows him to craft landscapes that are not only beautiful but also resilient and inclusive.
Rajab Adinani
Architectural Assistant
Rajab joined DXE Associates in 2024, bringing fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team. A graduate of Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST) with a Bachelor’s Degree of Technology in Architecture, Rajab is passionate about thoughtful design and practical detailing.
At DXE, he supports the design and documentation process across a variety of projects, contributing to concept development, drawings, and on-site coordination. His academic background equips him with strong technical skills, while his eagerness to learn and grow makes him a promising asset within the firm.
Rajab is committed to refining his craft and contributing meaningfully to innovative and context-responsive architecture.
Zowenah Badawi Nabaseruka
Digital Media & IT Coordinator
Zowenah is a creative powerhouse and one of the early team members at DXE Associates Ltd. With a background in Information Technology from Makerere University, she bridges the technical and creative needs of the firm with ease and precision.
Zowenah is responsible for managing the firm’s digital presence, including developing content, and maintaining our social media platforms. Her keen eye for visual storytelling and her ability to translate complex ideas into engaging digital content make her an integral part of our team.
Beyond her technical expertise, Zowenah brings a unique creative flair that enhances the way our projects are communicated and perceived. Her dedication, initiative, and understanding of the firm’s vision—rooted in her early involvement—continues to shape the digital voice of DXE Associates.
Mafuru Luse Kurwijila
Principal Architect & Managing Partner
Mafuru Luse Kurwijila is a visionary architect who brings over a decade of deep industry expertise and impeccable professionalism to DXE Associates Ltd. As Managing Partner and Principal Architect, he plays a vital role in steering the firm’s design excellence, operational integrity, and client satisfaction.
Known for his punctuality, attention to detail, and exceptional site coordination skills, Mafuru has worked on a wide range of projects—from hospitals, schools, and warehouses to residential, hospitality, and industrial developments across Tanzania and beyond. His extensive experience spans every project phase, including feasibility studies, user engagement, detailed design, contract administration, and on-site execution.
A graduate of Ardhi University and a registered architect since 2017, Mafuru’s career includes senior roles at leading firms before joining DXE Associates. His work ethic, consistency, and leadership have made him a trusted figure both within the team and among clients.
At the core of Mafuru’s practice is a commitment to quality, time efficiency, and collaborative excellence—values that reflect the spirit of DXE and help shape projects that are as impactful as they are enduring.
Kanywanyi Saba Kanywanyi
Founder & Managing Director
Kanywanyi is a visionary architect and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the Construction Industry in the field of architecture across Tanzania. As the Founder and Managing Director of DXE Associates Ltd, he leads with a deep commitment to design excellence, collaborative growth, and long-term legacy.
Kanywanyi believes that collaboration is a powerful driver of success and that great outcomes are achieved through effective delegation and shared vision. His leadership style blends entrepreneurial passion with a strong architectural foundation—one that spans from complex government and commercial buildings to refined residential and institutional spaces.
A graduate of Ardhi University and a registered architect since 2017, Kanywanyi has worked on milestone projects including the Construction of Julius Nyerere International Airport (Terminal 3), Bravo-Tazara Cargo Terminal, and the Kidunda Dam Project, among many others.
